Although I have not been on the other Ibis in the center of Belfast, I think this is a better choice though is about a mile from the center because of the small difference in price. The hotel is very modern, spacious rooms with all in order and design styling. The sink was like a prefabricated module inside the room. All perfect, with the exception of breakfast which is not included in the in the price of 60.67 on 12 November, low season. Although some websites say there is a car park, we were told to park on the street as they had no parking. We parked in front on University street without problems and free. Next to the hotel there is a beautiful church, the Fitzroy Presbyterian church. The coordinates are N 54 º 35 '10.17 W 5 ° 55' 50.73

Victoria Avenue is 100 meters away, the Crown Bar is 50 (one of the most famous bars) and the Catholic neighbourhood is about 15 minutes away. I loved the size of the rooms, with the bathroom not far behind. Its cleanliness and order rise to the occasion.

The hotel has about 190 rooms.
