The Tune Hotel belongs to a new wave of providing accommodation in a big city, a low cost hotel with everything you need to feel comfortable as you want, on demand. Super cheap, you can book at your leisure services such as a.c. for hours, towels and toiletries or Wi-Fi internet. Why pay for services that you don´t need?. The hotel is owned by the airline Air Asia, located just 100 meters from the Medan Tuanku monorail station and less than 200 meters from the train station Sultan Ismail. It is located just two stops from the Petronas and three of the big city shopping centers. A clean, modern and cozy place, with small but comfortable rooms, where you can have a good rest after your sightseeing. Services are available inside the hotel such as a 7 eleven store at the same price as the rest of the city, a subway and a stylish cafe.
Located in the vicinity of Kuala Lumpur Sentral, the central transport of Kuala Lumpur is ideal to move around the city easily. My Hotel Sentral is a budget hotel, with spacious, clean rooms, there is with free wifi in the rooms, coffee and tea making facilites, bathroom ... All for about 10 € for a double room. From this hotel you'll get toChinatown in a couple of stations. Also close to the Petronas Towers. A good choice if you arrive late in the city or if you have to go to the airport the next day. With a station within 5 minutes walk will have options to visit anywhere in Kuala Lumpur.
This hotel was built in the year 2000 and later renovated. It is a 5 star hotel, very well attended by staff and the decoration is very homely. Family atmosphere and very cozy. As for the rooms, they are spacious and well equipped. Near the hotel there is a spa center, ideal for relaxing.
If you want to go to Kuala Lumpur from the airport by bus (which is, by the way, the cheapest option), and if you want to stay in the center of the city, very close to China Town and if you´re looking for a cheap deal, this is your hotel ... It is situated less than 100 meters away from the central bus station Puduraya, which is located directly opposite. This is a great advantage to get from the airport and to travel around the city. Less than 5 min. walking and you're in the middle of China Town, with all its shops, markets and ... Chinese stuff :-) The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, with a travel agency next to the reception if you want to take any organized tours. Elevator, the rooms have TV (the first in color) and manual air conditioning (ie no remote control). The furniture is old but the beds are comfortable. Clean ....???? everything seemed very clean ... We stayed in places which were infinitely worse and more expensive. If the neighbor snores, you hear it as if you had it in your bed ... A good place if you just want to sleep, wash and be close to everything.
Located in Kuala Lumpur's Chinatown, 5 minutes walk from Jalan Petaling street is the Hotel Chill Inn. The hotel accommodation there comprises of single, double and quadruple rooms. The standard double room goes about 10 € and features a basic room with linen and bath towel layer. The bathroom is shared here. Superior rooms have private bathrooms and if all have breakfast included, basic milk powder and coffee, toast with jam, cookies, etc.. The rooms, hallways and rooms are quite clean. Perhaps where there is enough in reviewing the shared bathrooms. In the Asian bathrooms there is usually no shower curtain and dish dish, and water usually goes to a communal drain so everything can get lost in the water. This is hwe used normally find hotels here. Except for this little detail it is a hotel that offers many services such as free wifi in all the rooms, laundry service, shuttle service to and from the airport, fax, copiers, etc..
Good place to stay in Kuala Lumpur, it is a hostel with dormitory bedrooms including breakfast for 40 RM night. It has also doubles and triples, the triple for 150 RM / night, everything is brand new, with cable TV. It has a bar with a great atmosphere and restaurant with hearty food. Wifi access throughout the hostel. Subway station two minutes. Extremely clean. In Chinatown. It has a terrace where you can have a drink and breakfast.
Upon arriving in Kuala Lumpur, I stayed at the Hotel Istana, which I had booked via the internet from home. I'd been impressed by the website, and it was even better in reality. It's a hotel in the city centre, very convenient for travel - beautiful, comfortable and spacious, with friendly staff. The room offers an amazing view of the Petronas Towers. The breakfast is extraordinary, with a huge variety and quantity of food. Good price.
We found our accommodation in this small hotel in Chinatown because of the good quality-price ratio, and its situation was ideal for wandering around town. The rooms are small but comfortable, a clean bathroom with hot water, and a television with international channels. The service is attentive and helpful. You can also do laundry and reserve guided city tours.
In the middle of China Town, up a narrow flight of steep steps, you'll reach the reception of the Oasis guesthouse, a popular spot for young people. Arranged over five floors, this property offers different types of rooms: dormitories, single, and double rooms, all with a shared bathroom. The rooms are small but clean, and unfortunately, some do not have a window. The costs are high, but the city does not offer cheaper alternatives with breakfast, free wifi, a comfortable common room to eat, watch TV or read a good book, and a panoramic rooftop terrace. The building has an elevator, and you have to remove your shoes to enter each floor.
I spent 4 nights here and in my opinion -it's fantastic, very clean, amazing sevice, very clean, large and comfortable lobby, it has both individual and rooms for several people, next to China Town ... no doubt it is the finest I have stayed in.
