The owners of Bliss Cafe relocated from London, England to give their children a different life experience and to set up their dream cafe. And what delicious food do they create! The waffles, paninis, sandwiches and omelettes are a big favorite by locals and tourists alike. Their homemade juices and ice teas are perfect for the hot tropical weather in Barbados. Definitely worth the stop in the famous St Lawrence Gap area in Christchurch.
We did not think we would find Mexican food in Barbados much less be eating it. For our spicy kick we decided to try it, after all it was the beginning of the famous St Lawrence Gap stretch of restaurants and bars. We were on a day when there was "buy one get one half off" on Margaritas, we decided to try all! AMAZING! The food is definitely worth the visit too. Chimichangas, chilli’s, enchiladas and all, such rich and fresh flavors would not disappoint the palate. Very impressed for Mexican food in Barbados. Serving portions are pretty huge so be careful when ordering. Service was excellent. Café Sol does have that island vibe ambiance, perfect place to end the day with good food, drinks and music.
