In Mitre Square in Villa Ballester (Buenos Aires, Argentina), there is an annual Festival of the Communities. The festival mixes music, colours, smells and tastes. Participants from different countries and representatives of several provinces bring their respective crafts, shows, and local food products. The meeting is organized annually by the General Business Chamber of San Martin and is sponsored by its Municipality.
Far from their lands various immigrant cultures came together to remember their customs and traditions, that is why for 33 years in Berisso, during the weekends in September there has been an "Immigrant Provincial Party". It has grown over time and now includes the lavish gastronomic delicacies of each community. There are also musical performances, dances and costumes. The celebration culminates with a parade when a Queen Immigrant is chosen. We came to this party because of Megabikers and also visited these interesting places: Punta Lara Station; Santiago Island; Pirie Palace; Barragán; Malvinas Heroes Museum; Street Railway Bridge; New York Street in Berisso; and the Government of the Province of Buenos Aires
