Charlie Chaplin and Marlene Dietrich stayed there and since it stands right next to the American, French, Russian and English Embassies, it was a favorite place for journalists too. It remained open during the war and served as a military hospital but it burned down in 1945. What they rebuilt it in 1997 after the reunification of the two countries, it was a great success. On July 15 I traveled with my boyfriend to Berlin, Germany. We stayed at the hotel NHow Berlin (there are many NH chains so we had some trouble finding it because the GPS took us to other NH) and we loved it, the deal was spectacular. The room was designed in pink and each elevator was painted in different colors (green, blue, white, pink ..). The city was full of figures of bears (I loved to go looking for them on the streets and take pictures!) It is within walking distance of the Berlin wall, very nice indeed. I encourage you to go!
This hotel is an excellent value for the price. It is very new so the design and decor are very modern. Its location is unbeatable (Berlin-Mitte) as it´s only a 50m from the Alexanderplatz station. The area offers many places to eat and have breakfast if you don´t want to in the hotel since the breakfast buffet is a bit pricey. When we went the receptionist who greeted us was from Cadiz, so language was not a problem. The rooms are very clean, spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended (its 2 stars are equivalent to an average 4 star hotel in Spain). The hotel belongs to the Motel One chain and has two other hotels in other areas of Berlin.
This small gorge of the Wimmbach river is a wonder of nature. Located in the Berchtesgaden National Park, it's not highly publicized in guides or in the area's tourist offices, so there's not normally a lot of people around and you can visit with tranquility.
The Sofitel hotel in Berlin is located behind the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt square in the historic center of Berlin. The Brandenburg Gate is a 15 minute walk and the Gendarmenmarkt has attractions such as the German Church, the French Church, and the House of Concerts. The hotel is just behind the French church. The rooms are veyr elegant, modern, and somewhat minimalist. There are 92 rooms and four conference rooms. The newspaper said the hotel has the best breakfast in town which is an incredible buffet of pastries, breads of all kinds, jams and more. There is internet access, laundry service, money exchange, and tourist information. There is a wellness center with a sauna, gym and solarium. The airport is 10 km away. One night costs 200 euros including breakfast for two. There are also special packages available.
I've been to this hotel as well as the other called Hotel Fantasia, and both were magnificent. The employees are very good, and attentive to make your stay unforgettable. A few speak Spanish, but they still try to understand you as best they can. There is no better place around Fussen, you will not regret choosing this hotel for the world.

The Best Western Queens Hotel Pforzh is in the German city of Niefern-Oschelbronn and has been recenly refurbished. It enjoys an ideal location just in front of one of the city's main traffic routes, through which you can easily access the main attractions and points of interest.
The Hotel Center Plaza is located in the heart of the financial district of Frankfurt, in the middle of the red light district to be specific, about 100metres from the Central Bus Station, where you can find McDonald's and similar fast food places to eat as you arrive in the city without having to take any risks. About 300 meters away we found the Main river and we crossed across the river in order to see [B] the fantastic city skyline [/ B]. The hotel has a small restaurant with continental menu and a fantastic Chinese restaurant! Another interesting feature is that it has free WiFi. The best thing about the hotel, in addition to their location is undoubtedly its decoration and design. The ground floor is decorated with various mosaics made by a student of Hundertwasser, as you can see in the photos. In short, a good business hotel in the heart of this great city.
The FLAIR HOTEL Piqueurhof is in Aurich, in Lower Saxony, Germany. One of the best things about this hotel is its location as it is right on Alexanderplatz in the heart of East Berlin. It's right next to the TV tower, and the building where it is housed is a landmark building in Berlin. Right next door are the Kaukof Galleries, which is a very famous chain of department stores in Germany. It´s a 5 minute walk to the Museum Island and Berlin Cathedral. Going to the Museum Island is also accessible by the Jewish Ghetto, a neighborhood that is really worth a visit. A few minutes away, but going to the left from the hotel, there is the Nikolai Quarter, where Berlin emerged, and where you can see the City of East Berlin. The hotel has 37 floors, 36 rooms, 1 dining room, and on the 37th floor is the Casino Berlin. The lobby is large, modern, and has a bar. There are 8 lifts, divided into 2 groups of 4. Four of them go up to the 21st floor reception and the other 4 only rise from the 22nd to the end. The rooms are modern and the most charming thing is the shower, fully integrated into the room. There is no actual bathroom but there is an all marble shower and a sink with a mirror and glass through which we see the inside of shower. The hotel is good but there isn´t much privacy in the bathroom. You also have a modern desk with internet access and a double wardrobe with a wet bar. The views from the hotel are spectacular and you can see all of Berlin. We were on the 23rd floor and the views were of East Berlin. The dining room, located on the first floor is huge with small tables. I recommend this hotel. If I go to Berlin, I´ll definitely return.
Max-Kade is a university residence located in Stadtmitte (city center of Stuttgart). Every Wednesday, the students convert the attic, on the 15th floor, into a disco bar. The terrace runs along much of the building offering an excellent view of the city. The party is designed by and for students so you will find yourself with a very young crowd and enjoying very cheap prices. There is a great variety of cocktails including the Screwdriver, Mojito, Pina Colada, Tequila Sunrise and Cubalibre classic. Each cocktail costs about 3 euros. You will also find non-alcoholic beverages and soft drinks. Of course, no visit to Germany is complete without beer. It is served in a separate bar and, like the cocktails, there is a variety to choose from. A 33cl bottle costs 1.5 euros. The only drawback is that you have to be on an approved guest list to visit Max-Kade. Each resident can invite an unlimited number of people. However, if you are not in a very large group and arrive early, they often let you in.
The Innside Premium Hotel Berlin is one of those places to relax. It´s a place where modern design does not conflict at all with the most friendly and welcoming service. It is less than 200 meters from the Ostbahnhof station, the main station in East Berlin and three miles from the Brandenburg Gate. That is, the location is excellent, but at the same time it is in a pretty quiet neighborhood, in the heart of East Berlin. Its modern rooms do not neglect any detail and are each decorated differently. The entire hotel is decorated with fantastic graffiti that gives an original touch. The hotel has a gym and sauna for relaxing. One of the best parts of the hotel is the sunroom where you can have a continental breakfast buffet. In summary, this hotel is very comfortable and perfect for resting a few days. Do keep in mind though that it isn´t super cheap since it costs about 120 euros for a double room. For one who is used to always sleeping at campsites and hostels, I am grateful that such confortable hotels exist even if I can only afford it a few times ...
Pfaffenhof I is a student residence on the campus of Vaihingen, 3 minutes from the S-bahn Universität. The buildings are of the 70s, and have received an architectural award for its distribution. Pfaffen has white towers, most made up of 5 floors. Residents have their own room with sink and share a kitchen and bathroom. Each floor has a kitchen) and one bathroom for girls and one for boys. The kitchen is shared with 12 people and bathrooms on the number of girls and boys that are in the ground where you are. Each building has a terrace with a table and benches for warmer days. I was living in this residence for 2 years and I was very happy. It is also true that it depends on the neighbors. Especially with regard to cleaning problems. My kitchen was always clean. And even though it was for many people, as most are from different countries had different schedules and no space problems. To avoid trouble when sharing a fridge, they were divided into individual boxes, locked. Each had a key to the fridge and one for a kitchen cabinet. The monthly rent costs about 240 euros. You need to be a student to live here and can be a maximum of three months.
Allmandring I is one of the student dorms on the Vaihingen campus, Universität. The dorms in Germany are different from Spanish dorms. Each student has their own room and the kitchen and mixed gender bathrooms are shared, with about 10 people. Every half floor has showers and the other half has toilets. The rooms are large. Each has a big study table, chair, bedside table, bookcase, sink and a "hall closet". In addition, each block has a huge terrace, great for barbecues and parties with many people. Many of my friends lived in Allmandring. At first, I heard bad things about the residence, but is an alright place to live for a while. Although they have hired cleaning staff for two days a week, the state of the public areas is highly dependent on your floor mates. In Allmandring I, there are mostly Chinese, Polish, Italian and Spanish students. The worst thing is to organize cleaning duties, garbage disposal, and refrigerator space. The monthly rent is about 230 euros. You need to be a student and you can only live there for 3 years at the most.
I spent one night at the Modern Hotel and I was glad it was only one. The hotel has basically only two virtues the location is downtown and the cleanliness of the bathroom and sheets. That does not mean that the overall cleanliness is one of its strengths, in contrast, the carpet and the walls are inexplicably dirty, but appreciated that the dirt didn't stretch to the beds.
The town of Hohenbrunn's has no great interest because as it lies on the outskirts of Munich at just 20 minutes by train, it is like a neighbourhood of Munich which is fully residential and quiet. We spent one night at the hotel Scharmerhof because we were making our way to our next destination, but our stay was pleasant and we had absolutely no problems. The hotel is small and humble but it's alright, everything is very clean and the beds are very comfortable with big soft pillows. Breakfast is a buffet that lacks nothing, apart from perhaps espresso instead of filter coffee but this is very common in hotels. There were sausages, many cereals bread, cheese, fruit, cereal, milk, fruit juices, all in a small sitting room which was designed in a chalet style. At the time of paying, it was a bit difficult to find the owners, in fact, the hotel is a little ghost-like and the service is just ok, but not extraordinary and is often difficult to find them when you need something. In the pictures you can see the German beers distributor machine of many types, a curiosity of the hotel.
This hotel is in Sachsenhausen, Frankfurt's old historic center. For me, it might be so nice because it's in a beautiful neighborhood, and it has special charm with its cobbled streets and pretty building facades. Without going any further, the hotel is a 17th century building that was completely renovated in 2005, retaining its ancient structure. Inside the hotel is not much, but if you visit the city and just go back to night is not bad. It has a dining room / restaurant but yes, at night the floor of the hotel becomes a pub / brewery with terrace!
Despite urgently needing renovation, this classic old building is a hotel with many positive points. The location is excellent, next to Central Station, the width of the room (if you´re lucky), king size bed changed daily, free minibar which is re-filled daily, varied breakfast, friendly staff, etc.. Moreover, almost more importantly, the price is sometimes cheaper, depending on the day you reserve. If you do not care about certain deficiencies in the decoration and maintenance, I recommend this hotel.
This fantastic five-star hotel is superb for its beauty and location. It belongs to the "Leadest Hotels in the Word", where luxury and sophistication abound, and has housed kings and dukes. The casino and the theatre are within walking distance, and you can admire them from the room window. The Langgasse, the street for shopping and cafes, is also within walking distance. It's an affordable luxury hotel for some. Kaiser-Friedrich-Platz 3-4 65183 Wiesbaden +49 (611) 133 -0
